GDPR information clause

Your personal data will be processed to create and manage your Account and to conclude and perform the sales contract (including delivery and payment settlement) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — and to fulfil the Controller's legal obligations (accounting, tax, statutory warranty) — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  3. Recipients of the data may include: courier and freight-forwarding companies handling delivery, payment operators, the accounting office, and IT/hosting service providers.
  4. Data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for the limitation period of claims and the period required by tax/accounting regulations (generally up to 6 years).
  5. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing.
  6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO).
  7. Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to create an Account and to conclude and perform the sales contract.
